Metairie Ridge Presbyterian has been a trusted part of Old Metairie for generations, committed to serving children and families with compassion and care. We provide a loving, nurturing Christian environment where children are encouraged to explore, learn, and grow.

Our early childhood programs include:

• Metairie Ridge Child Development Center - a part‑time, school‑calendar program for children 12 months (walking) through 5 years.

• Metairie Ridge Daycare - a full‑time, year‑round childcare program serving infants and toddlers.

Together, these programs offer flexible options to meet the diverse needs of families in our community, combining developmentally appropriate learning, experienced caregivers, and a faith‑based foundation.
